They have a lot of options and it is really good. The Salmon was really fresh, also the soy sauce has a good quality, is not the cheapest one.
The service was very nice and attentive.

Definitely not your typical traditional Japanese sushi, it's a Brazilian twist on sushi.
It was my first time trying deep-fried seaweed sushi roll called hot holl. It was quite nice and I definitely recommend it.
It's a small shop just with a few seats.

The sushi at Egawa was absolutely divine! Each piece was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety on the menu was impressive, catering to both traditional sushi lovers and those looking for unique, creative rolls. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and it was clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft.
I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious offerings!

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, is a hidden gem for sushi enthusiasts in Cork. I ordered sushi, shimeji mushroom and sashimi which was absolutely delicious, it was by far the best Hot Maki I’ve had. Thanks guys for the memorable experience. Highly recommend :)
